400 g Fast Fry 10mm
750 g chicken strips
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. cumin powder
2 tsp. paprika powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. cumin seed
1 tsp. onion powder
4 Lebanese breads
12 slices cucumber
12 parts of tomato
1 red onion
8 tbsp. tzatziki
Marinate the chicken strips with the oil and all the spices. Let them rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
Slice the cucumber and tomato into rounds and the red onion into rings.
Prepare the fries according to the package instructions.
Arrange all the ingredients on the Lebanese breads and roll them up. Secure with a skewer or wrap in paper.
