Finest truffle fries with grilled sea bass

This is what you need for 4 people
Sea bass
4 sea bass fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Loaded Truffle Fries
2 tbsp truffle oil
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
¼ cup chopped green onions
½ cup truffle mayonnaise (for drizzling or dipping)
Salt and pepper to taste
This is how you prepare your dish
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the marinade generously over both sides of the sea bass fillets.
Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
Place the sea bass fillets on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on both sides. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
Prepare the fries following the on-pack preparation instructions.
Transfer the hot fries to a bowl and drizzle with truffle oil. Toss well to coat.
Sprinkle the fries with Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Drizzle with truffle mayonnaise or serve it on the side for dipping.
