Preparation

Deep fryer: Fry small quantities in hot oil (175°C) for 3,5-4 minutes. Oven: Preheat until 220 °C(hot air) and place an oven shelve with a layer of chips in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chips are crispy and well cooked. Advised is to quickly turn the chips half way the preparation time. Combi steamer: Preheat until 220°C(hot air) and place the baskets with a layer of chips (ca.1kg) in the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the chips are crispy and well cooked. Advised is to quickly shake the baskets half way the preparation time.

Ingredients

Potato (96,6 %), sunflower oil (3,4 %), dextrose.

Storage

Store in refrigerator at 0°C - 4°C. for max. 4 days; -18°C, 24 months. Do not eat the product after the expiry date.
